Lydia was deeded the farm for $1 on 4 Oct 1893 by Lucius Higley Bingham and his wife Emily , and by Robert Bingham and his wife Millie. The property was sold after Lydia died in 1939.

The photo was taken 14 Oct 2000. A contemporary photo (ca. 1910) of the house with family outside in the yard is in one of the Meigs County History Books

To the right, with no marker, is their son, Joseph Morris Rowley.
On the other side of the stone is their daughter, Nellie C. (Rowley) Jewell
(5 Oct 1894 - 10 Apr 1973).
